We build gourmet burgers on quality and originality. The menu features a feast of special burgers in meat, chicken and veggie variants.
Pair it with a great glass of wine or choose one of the classic beers. We love finishing your meal with our homemade dessert or coffee with limoncello.
What started as a passionate burger bar has grown into a broader culinary concept.
During the day we serve gourmet tapioca (gluten-free Brazilian lunch) and our Haarlem smashburgers, which are very popular with our guests.
In the evening, it's all about fresh bowls and our famous gastronomic burgers.

The Dream
Rubens opens its doors on Drossestraat in the heart of Haarlem.
Growing Menu
The menu expands with a strong focus on delivery: poké bowls, salads, Italian pizzas and of course our burgers.
COVID Period
Our restaurant is largely closed, but we keep going through delivery and takeaway.

We decide to close one location and refocus.

We expand our concept once again. During the day we serve a renewed lunch with gourmet tapioca and smashburgers. In the evening it's all about our bowls and famous gastronomic burgers.
